Build roads that last with FAST ROAD SOLUTION FASTER - STRONGER - BETTER ROAD CONSTRUCTION ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY Caption Text6 water resistant

WE CREATE ULTIMATE ROAD SOLUTIONS

Most times in road building, there is always the conception that the base and surface are separate pavement layers.   Both layers serve a unique and different functions but are equally important to create a long-lasting road.  A well-constructed surface is likely to fail prematurely if the base course is not adequately constructed and/or stabilized. The same is true about a well-constructed base course with a poor surface.

With FRS in soil stabilization process during road construction, you can  ensure the durability and longevity of the road to support the demanding traffic loads.  When Fast Road Solution is used, you to improve the aggregate’s physical properties and results for a low maintenance durable road that remains in good functional condition much longer.

OUR CHALLENGE

  • Sub standard road systems are the major inhibitor of economic and social growth in our nations
  • There is no economical, long lasting method of sustainable road construction
  • The greatest cause of failure in all roads is WATER
  • The upkeep and maintenance of roads is a major challenge for all governments, both from a time and economic perspective

OUR OFFERING

500x reduction in water permeability

Water soluble, easy to use spray application

3x improvement in strength and load bearing capacity

Environmentally preferred solution

HOW IT WORKS

before-FRS-Sealer

Soil Structure with regular build

This image is a typical soil structure (soil, sand clay and aggregate), where the OH groups make the surface very Hydrophilic, or WATER Loving

Soil Structure with FAST ROAD SOLUTION

Our technology (noted in the image in Green) adds an Alkyl Siloxane surface, creating a WATER repellant layer (Hydrophobic Zone). Once added, the surface becomes impermeable to WATER!

Bases are conventionally stabilized by Cold In-place Recycling (CIPR) and Full Depth Reclamation (FDR). Soils are also treated with Cement, Lime, Bitumen emulsion or foamed Bitumen. All these treatments loose their efficacy with passage of time due to wet-dry cycles.

FRS Road Base chemically converts water absorbing silanol groups to water resistant alkyl siloxane surfaces at ambient temperature.

Nano layer of alkyl siloxane chains on the soil particles provides charge shielding to reduce the repelling effect between soil particles and gives better  lubrication for compaction

With FRS Road Base field densities of Proctor 100—105 are regularly reached.

FRS Road Base restricts water ingress into the base to retard deterioration of bonds and loss of base strength.

THE RESULT

Soil treated with FRS guarantees the reduction of moisture penetration thus extending the performance life of the base material, especially in areas prone to freeze-thaw cycles. The surface increases driver safety by creating a dust-free, bound surface with good skid resistance.

By improving the properties of the existing soil with the use of FRS, these roads offer enhanced performance, reduced maintenance costs, and environmental benefits, making them an attractive option for any type of road construction projects.

road-stabilizer

Soil-stabilized roads are a versatile and efficient solution for constructing durable, long-lasting roads across various environments and traffic conditions. By improving the properties of the existing soil, these roads offer enhanced performance, reduced maintenance costs, and environmental benefits, making them an attractive option for any type of road construction projects.
